Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Booking online is the fastest way to be seen — you pick a real, currently-free slot and get an email confirmation straight away. If it is urgent, call us on the number at the top of the page and we will advise you directly.
What are your opening hours?
We are open seven days a week. Monday to Friday and Sunday, 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM; Saturday, 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Consultation times vary slightly by vet, which is why the booking calendar only ever shows genuinely available slots.
Which animals do you treat?
Dogs and cats make up most of our work, but we also see birds, rabbits, and a wide range of other pets — the booking form has a full list, and a free-text option if your animal is not on it.
Can a vet come to my home?
Home visits are temporarily paused, so they cannot be booked online right now. If travelling to the clinic is genuinely difficult for your pet, call us and we will advise on the best option.
How do I prepare my pet for surgery?
It depends on the procedure, so we go through it with you before the day rather than sending a generic checklist. When you book a surgical appointment we ask what the procedure is, so the vet can give you specific guidance in advance.
How much will it cost?
Costs vary by procedure and by your pet's condition, so we would rather quote you honestly than publish a number that turns out to be wrong. Call or send us a message describing what your pet needs and we will give you a clear estimate.
Can I choose which vet I see?
Yes — pick a specific vet when booking and you will only be shown that vet's free slots. If you would rather be seen sooner, choose “Any available vet” and we will match you with whoever is free first.
