SurgVet Pets Hospital sits on Lane 6 in Bukhari Commercial, Phase VI. Vaccinations and check-ups through to complex surgery, seven days a week — and a vet who will come to your home when that is easier on your pet.
Who we are
Built around the work that needs the most care
SurgVet started from a straightforward idea: the moments that frighten owners most — an operation, a bad night, a pet who has stopped eating — are the moments a practice should be best at. So surgery is where the depth of our experience sits, and everything else is built around keeping your pet well enough to never need it.
Day to day, that means the ordinary things done properly. Vaccinations on a schedule that actually protects. Grooming in a calm room. Micro-chipping in a single short appointment. Treatment for the skin, stomach and injury problems that fill most of a vet's week, with a plan you understand before you leave.
Dogs and cats make up most of our days, but the list of animals on the booking form is long on purpose — birds, rabbits, reptiles and small mammals are all seen here, and there is a free-text box for anything the list has missed.

None of these are promises about equipment or awards. They are simply how the practice is set up to run, and you can check every one of them the first time you visit.
Surgery is the specialism, not a sideline
The name is not decorative. Most of our experience sits in the operating theatre, from routine spay and neuter to soft-tissue and orthopaedic procedures — and it shapes the rest of the work too: careful assessment first, a consistent protocol on the day, and aftercare you go home with.
Plain answers, including about cost
You should leave knowing what we found, what happens next and what to watch for at home. Prices depend on the procedure and on your pet, so we would rather give you an honest estimate over the phone than publish a number that turns out to be wrong.
Hours that fit around work
Most people notice something is wrong with their pet in the evening, not at eleven in the morning. Consultations run until 10 PM seven days a week, and the online calendar only ever offers slots that are genuinely free, with an email confirmation straight away.
When coming in is the hard part
For an anxious cat, a post-operative check, or a household that simply cannot travel, a vet can come to you instead. Home visits cover check-ups, vaccinations and follow-ups across Karachi.
